Standard delivery is typically Next Business Day but please allow 1–2 working days. Parcel shipping starts at £6.99 and decreases the more you order. We also offer Free Shipping on all orders over £100.

Returns
If you are trying to match a colour or finish, we highly recommend ordering a sample first as our vinyls and window films are cut to order which attracts a restocking fee.

Will this stick to my surface?
Our vinyl wraps and tiles adhere best to smooth, non-textured surfaces, especially laminated kitchen cabinets and wardrobe doors (including IKEA units). As long as your surface is completely smooth, flat, and clean, our products will bond securely. If you are applying to bare MDF, raw wood, or plywood, you will need to prime and seal the surface first using a quality primer like Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3.
Our window films can be applied to any smooth, flat glass surface. Please note that our mirror window films are designed for interior application; if you are applying mirror film to double-glazed windows, the glass must be toughened (tempered) glass.
How do I know the colour is right before I order?
Because every screen displays colours slightly differently, we always recommend ordering a sample first. Simply click "Order a Sample" right below the Add to Cart button. Samples ordered before 4pm arrive within a few days in the UK and Ireland (and 3–6 working days across the EU), so you can see and feel the finish in your own lighting before committing.
Do I need to be a professional to fit it?
Not at all! All of our wraps, tiles, panels, and window films are 100% DIY-friendly and designed for easy home installation. Be sure to check out our step-by-step installation guides and video tutorials for each product before you begin.
Is it renter-friendly?
Yes! Our products are self-adhesive and can be cleanly removed from most non-porous surfaces using gentle heat (such as a hairdryer), leaving the original surface intact underneath. Because painted walls and older surfaces can be less predictable, we always suggest testing a sample in an inconspicuous spot first and checking with your landlord before starting.
Pro Renter Tip: When installing our tiles or panels, apply strips of high-quality painter’s masking tape to the wall first, then stick the tiles or panels directly onto the tape. When it is time to move out, everything will peel away effortlessly!
