We ship to any country listed below and if you don't see yours please contact us for a quote. We send your items by Standard delivery with Parcelforce/An Post and we also have express options with UPS and DHL at checkout.
We are VAT registered in the UK and the EU so NO IMPORT FEE's for anyone in the UK or EU!
Generally orders made before 12pm (GMT) will be shipped on the same day. We ship Monday to Fridays only.

International tracking: When shipped our packages show up with our couriers tracking www.anpost.ie and then when the package lands in your country it can be tracked with your national courier service like Parcelforce for the UK or USPS for the USA.
- Returns Policy
You may return unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
As our Vinyl's are cut to order and to cover shipping fees we deduct a 20% re-stocking fee of the value of the returned item unless the item is damaged or defective. Any orders cut in under 5 meter lengths will have a 40% restocking fee. This also applies if we have cut the vinyl and you cancel order before dispatch.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the the time it takes us to process your return, check it and confirm it's condition is like new. We are not liable for any damage to a returned item in transit so please make sure you pack the item safely.
If you need to return an item, simply send us an email to info@wrapdirect.com and we will email instructions for returning your items. We'll then notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Claims for damage to clear-coat and/or car paint is not under warranty by either Wrap Direct or the manufacturers of vinyl films, as it is not the fault of the vinyl film and can be caused by many different factors, such as a damaged clear coat or paint, low quality paint job, repainted surfaces (not OEM paint) or wrong installation and/or removal technique.
- Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are now registered for VAT in the UK so our customers in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland will not be charged any import fees when ordering from us. UK customers will be charged 20% VAT at checkout as they would when purchasing in the UK.
We are based in the European Union so all cusotmers in EU countries will be charged VAT at chackout as normal with no import fees.
The recipient of an international shipment outside of the European Union (EU) and the UK may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country.
Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
