- Returns Policy
You may return unused tools, tiles and panels within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Vinyl & Tint are cut to order so we have strict return rules: Rolls 10 Meters & Under: Final Sale. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations if you change your mind. Rolls Over 10 Meters: Eligible for return strictly at our discretion. They must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, and are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Recommendation: To avoid restocking fees or final sale restrictions, always order one of our Peel & Stick samples first to verify the color and texture in your actual space. The images of vinyls can vary greatly depending on the setting, lighting, camera and viewing screen. Samples are available on each product page.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the the time it takes us to process your return, check it and confirm it's condition is like new. We are not liable for any damage to a returned item in transit so please make sure you pack the item safely.
If you need to return an item, simply send us an email to info@wrapdirect.com and we will email instructions for returning your items. We'll then notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Claims for damage to clear-coat and/or car paint is not under warranty by either Wrap Direct or the manufacturers of vinyl films, as it is not the fault of the vinyl film and can be caused by many different factors, such as a damaged clear coat or paint, low quality paint job, repainted surfaces (not OEM paint) or wrong installation and/or removal technique.
- Customs, Duties and Taxes
Customers in the UK & EU will not be charged any import fees when ordering from us.
We are based in the UK and European Union so all customers in EU countries will be charged VAT at checkout as normal with no import fees.
For B2B customers in the EU please sign up to our Trade account and enter your EU VAT number for Intra-EU purchases.
The recipient of an international shipment outside of the European Union (EU) and the UK may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country.
Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
